3. Services – Film production, audio branding, postproduction, content production, motion design, and brand communication services provided by Level 52.

5. Controller – The natural or legal person which determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

6. Processor – A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

7. Sub-processor – A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the controller, as specified in the agreement and in accordance with our instructions.

8. You – An individual, natural person, whose personal data is collected and processed by Level 52.

 

2. ABOUT LEVEL 52 d.o.o.

Level 52 d.o.o. is an audio-visual company based in Labin, Croatia, specializing in film and music production for commercials, short films, and documentaries. We will be held responsible as a Controller for all personal data you provide us with in connection with our business relationship. We act as the processor when processing personal data on behalf of our clients, and as the controller when we process personal data for our own purposes.

3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

When you visit our website, use our services, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, you share your personal data with us. We collect only the basic personal data required in connection with our business relationship. We process your personal data necessary for the execution of the contract or in order to take action before concluding the contract within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Time period: We will erase all personal data collected about you within 24 months after the termination of the services unless otherwise required by law.

3.2. Intent to Become an Employee or Intern

• Name, contact information, education information, VAT number, date of birth, personal identification number, bank account details, and any information in your resume (CV).

Time period: If no agreement is entered into, we will delete your personal data within 24 months after our last communication.

3.4. Newsletter Subscriptions

Purpose: Protection of persons and property.

Recipients: Videos may be submitted to competent authorities if necessary.

Time period: Recordings are kept for a maximum of three months or longer if used as evidence in proceedings.

 

4. WHO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH

We may pass on your personal data to providers of information and communication solutions and services that act as processors. We have agreements with these processors to handle personal data as per our instructions. Your personal information will not be passed on to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
